Full-Stack Engineer

Requirements

• 5+ years working as a Software Engineer
• 2+ years with Python + server framework (Flask/Django)
• Prior experience developing APIs
• Strong experience with AWS (S3, Beanstalk, CloudFront, RDS)
• Experience owning a product and maintaining + scaling if required
• Prior experience working with Docker
• Great experience working with relational database technologies, mainly PostgreSQL, MySQL, and ORM libraries like Django’s ORM or Sequelize

Responsibilities

• Be a part of a small independent team working closely with Engineering, Product and Design
• Maintain a currently profitable product that Deel uses daily!
• Have ownership and responsibility over decisions that affect the product and users experience directly!
• Ensure our customers receive a white-glove experience with our products!

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to support new engineers in their quests to become experts
• Knowledge of optimizing tools and automating workflows
• Experience with functional and performance test automation
