Fullstack Lead, AI Operational Manager

You will lead and improve internal development operations, participate in hiring, contribute to presales, manage AI tooling, oversee projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements

• Proven ability to manage and optimize engineering processes
• Experience in development 4+ years
• Technical management experience
• Solid hands-on experience with: Node.js, Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, NestJS, TypeScript
• Practical experience using AI developer tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, AI Agents, V0, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve internal development operations processes
• Participate in the hiring of engineers and AI specialists
• Contribute to presales and technical scoping for potential clients
• Manage AI tooling adoption and best practices, including: V0 Claude Code JetBrains AI tools
• Oversee project progress, timelines, and outcomes
• Facilitate the creation of fast MVPs and PoCs to accelerate delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SDLC

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with Linux and Bash scripting
• Experience delivering rapid MVPs/Proof of Concepts
