Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development, including 5+ years working commercially in Python
• Expert knowledge of React.js and TypeScript
• Proven experience (2+ years) successfully operating within a scaled enterprise
• Demonstrated product thinking , and the ability to evaluate feature tradeoffs, prioritize effectively, and design with the end-user in mind
• Problem-solving skills , with history of breaking down complex challenges, and delivering clean, scalable solutions

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the React + TypeScript architecture , componentization, and design-system implementation (Storybook, Figma tokens)
• Integrate AI features (e.g., RAG search, agent workflows, streaming interactions, inline diffing)
• Lead performance & quality : Lighthouse 95+, bundle-size budgets, a11y, full E2E test coverage (Jest, Cypress)
• Set frontend engineering standards , mentor developers, and drive roadmap decisions with Design and Product
• Design and implement robust backend systems in Python using Django or FastAPI, including RESTful APIs and complex business logic
• Build AI-driven services (e.g., content generation, recommendations, RAG pipelines) with secure and scalable infrastructure
• Orchestrate workflows using Celery, including AI agent chains and document processing

Preferred Qualifications
