Requirements

• Be open to learning automation testing tools
• Have experience validating Web applications
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Be self-driven and proactive
• Have the ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Have the ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to new technologies
• Have a solid understanding of AGILE methodologies and practices
• Have a solid understanding of QA methodologies, including planning and strategy design
• Demonstrate creativity, ownership, and adaptability
• Have the ability to predict common user workflows in order to design effective tests

Responsibilities

• Define quality strategy, quality processes and the best practices in agile environments
• Ideate, implement, maintain and reinforce high-quality standards that allow the application to be reusable and scalable
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to improve user acceptance testing
• Defect management in agile environments
• Keep the documentation up to date
• Create and run a functional test (smoke, end to end, exploratory, etc)
• Set test criteria and business requirement analysis
• Risk analysis
• Encourage the use of best practices among the company

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with API Testing with tools such as Postman, Insomnia
• Be ready to take challenges
• Possess mentorship skills
• Have ISTQB Certifications
• Have experience with Mobile testing
