Join Neocol's Delivery Team as a Functional Solution Architect to lead projects from requirements gathering to deployment for subscription-based clients. You will design complex solutions, guide clients in architectural decisions, and ensure the solution's long-term scalability and stability. Responsibilities include deep-diving into business process needs, defining project scope, building client confidence, facilitating demonstrations, assisting technical resources, and guiding customers towards best practices. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial, along with providing mentorship to team members. Occasional travel may be required. Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in the Quote to Cash sphere
  • Experience in 3+ medium to large-scale full-lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations as a Solution Architect, with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • 3+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform
  • SFDC Administrator or Developer certifications, Salesforce CPQ Certification or substantial Salesforce CPQ experience
  • Experience using Jira, Slack, Google Suite & LucidChart
  • Must be a self-starter with experience designing and developing CPQ, Billing & Salesforce solutions
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize while simultaneously working both collaboratively as well as independently
  • Ability to understand varying client needs and respond flexibly and creatively, working with internal resources to recommend and implement the highest ROI for our clients
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical resources
  • Comfortable analyzing data and identifying opportunities to drive meaningful standardization of data and processes regionally and/or globally
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences
  • Agile, and can work well in environments where objectives and priorities are reviewed and assessed regularly

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through requirements gathering, solution design, build and deployment of the final solution for our subscription based clients
  • Drive developing complex designs, helping our clients make architectural decisions, and guiding them through the development and adoption of their new system
  • Deep dive into business process needs and requirements, identifying areas of key complexity and expanding on those
  • Define project scope and identify/manage โ€œscope creepโ€
  • Build client confidence in the solution as it is developed and provide guidance to clients around how to effectively use and adopt the solution
  • Facilitate solution demonstrations (sprint and final demoโ€™s) efficiently
  • Assist technical resources in solution design, development, and deployment during the lifecycle of the project
  • Ensure the solution is able to meet long-term goals for the client in regards to scalability and stability of the solution
  • Guide customers towards best practices as much as possible for the solution they are developing
  • Effectively communicate solution design and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity across project teams
  • Provide mentorship to resources on the Neocol team to help them grow and develop in their role
  • Effectively communicate deadline risks and timeline shifts to the wider project team
  • Provide general solution leadership and guidance to the wider project team
  • Occasional travel may be required as part of this position's responsibilities

Knowledgeable about the following is a plus: Revenue Cloud, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Conga Composer, Conga CLM, Mulesoft, Tableau/CRM, RightRev, NetSuite/ARM
