Fund Accountant

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in fund accounting or fund auditing
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting processes, including transaction recording, reviewing interest calculations, invoicing and fund reporting
• Coordinate with fund administrators, bankers, auditors, and tax firms to ensure accurate reporting and tax filing
• Work closely with the Director of Fund Accounting to execute Setpoint’s month-end close process and generate financial statements
• Collaborate with Setpoint’s Funding Operations team to ensure that reporting is created accurately and timely
• Coordinate with Setpoint’s Engineering and Product teams to design software features that make the funding and accounting processes more accurate and efficient

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate tech or fintech
• Experience with NetSuite
