Fund Accountant

Join Xapo Bank as a Fund Accountant and contribute to the day-to-day and month-end accounting operations of a BTC-denominated hedge fund. Work remotely from anywhere in the world as part of a fully distributed team. Your responsibilities will include supporting NAV processes, loan and expense reconciliations, BTC flow coordination, and investor reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting foundation, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of digital asset workflows. Responsibilities

• Handle all intra-month and month-end accounting workflows
• Respond to ad hoc requests from the Fund Administrator, Investment Manager, and Xapo
• Reconcile monthly loan book and process interest accounting, including intra-month adjustments
• Oversee Revolver loan reconciliation and associated reporting
• Initiate and manage expense settlements (liaising with third parties)
• Process all necessary accounting journals for up-to-date fund records
• Prepare and finalise monthly interest invoices to counterparties
• Provide monthly snapshot reports and documentation to the Fund Admin
• Finalise fund accounting by the 3rd business day each month, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Support final NAV approval and investor statement distribution
• Manage the wallet whitelisting process (with Operations and Treasury)
• Coordinate flow of BTC to/from Counterparties and Investors (with Operations and Treasury)
