Requirements
- At least 1+ years within Funding and/or Underwriting at FHF
- Loan documentation review experience within a Loan Operations environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to complete daily assigned audits
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality and system integrity of audited deals which allows and promotes policies and procedures
- Following set audit parameters to ensure loan packages are processed without any compliance infractions
- Finalize the booking process for audited deals that are ready to fund, ensuring timely disbursement of payments to dealer partners for funded loans
- Evaluate and test or modified procedures used to verify that system function according to auditing parameters requirements and conform to established guidelines
- Document return audit results to allow us to improve areas of deficiency (areas of improvement)
- Detail and monitor DRR (Deal Return Rate) metrics to track the progress and outcomes of the funding process
Preferred Qualifications
Possesses a working knowledge of loan origination documents within the auto industry preferred
