Summary

Join Openly's growing sales team as a National Account Sales Associate (ASA) and contribute to the company's expansion across the country. This inside sales role focuses on driving profitable growth for key national accounts by strengthening relationships with existing agencies and increasing sales production. Collaborate with National Success Managers to support onboarding and account penetration, ensuring rapid adoption of Openly's product. The ASA will engage with agents through various digital channels to increase sales, improve agent engagement, and maintain account retention. This role requires strong sales experience in Property & Casualty insurance, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with Property & Casualty Insurance with a strong background in sales
  • A passion for helping partner agencies
  • Ability to outbound call and set meetings with agents completing 120+ touchpoints per month
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to plan your daily activities
  • Must be able to multitask and problem-solve
  • Available for some travel as needed
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and value-based selling skills
  • Strong oral and written communication with the ability to manage large and small audiences, whether remote or in-person
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
  • Insurance product knowledge and the ability to gather additional knowledge rapidly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products along with experience working with a CRM

Responsibilities

  • Drive exceptional results with agency partners for quality, growth, and retention
  • Provide feedback about Rate, UW, risk classifications within the local markets to product, UW, and other ASM partners
  • Grow key National Accounts by engaging with and outbound calling agents and producers
  • Be Loved Consistent engagement with agencies that delight them
  • Initiate increased policies sales per agent, agent engagement, agent NPS, retention, and quality of book
  • Administer incentives (where applicable) and contests aimed at increasing sales profitably
  • Engage with agents digitally with phone calls, zoom meetings, video messages, texts, etc. to drive profitable growth in accounts
  • Move agents within segments up-channel in quality and quantity of production
  • Collaborate and execute with peers in the market (NSM / ASM / Insurance Product) to improve the results of agencies
