Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years in roles related to client implementations including data processing, extraction, or transformation within a SaaS company
  • Team Management: Proven ability to manage and technically develop a remotely distributed team concentrated on data and implementation related tasks. Experience in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing, junior teams

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team of associates by providing actionable feedback to support their career growth and development
  • Resource Coordination: Strategically manage incoming projects and team capacity to ensure efficient utilization of resources
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions for continuous improvement
  • Technology Utilization: Utilize tools and technology to enhance visibility into project progress and team workflow
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with legal intelligence and enablement teams to maintain high standards of consistency and accuracy in implementation outputs

Preferred Qualifications

  • AI Technologies: Experience with AI-powered data abstraction or document analysis technologies is highly preferred
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the legal technology or financial technology sectors is a significant plus
  • Process Improvement: Experience in enhancing data processing pipelines and implementing new technologies
  • Software Proficiency: Ideally skilled in using Jira, Salesforce, and Zendesk
