Requirements

• Proven experience in game economy design, monetization, or game design
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
• Deep understanding of player psychology, spending behaviors, and engagement loops in F2P games
• Familiarity with A/B testing, LiveOps strategies, and economy modelling
• Probability theory and mathematical statistics knowledge
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Design, balance, and maintain the in-game economy, including currencies, resources, rewards, pricing, and progression systems
• Develop and refine monetization strategies that align with player engagement and retention
• Analyze player behavior, economy performance, and key metrics to optimize in-game economy systems
• Collaborate with game designers, data analysts, product managers, and LiveOps teams to drive economic balance
• Implement and iterate on economic models that support both free-to-play and paying players
• Design systems for content rollout, live events, and progression mechanics that drive long-term player investment
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and player feedback to continuously improve economic design
