Summary

The job is for a remote Gaming Recruiter position at a next-generation Blockchain Metaverse Studio. The role involves sourcing and recruiting candidates for open positions in game development studios, primarily focusing on Engineering, Game Design, Art, Animation, Production, and others as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Fill open positions in our studio Game Development teams including Engineering, Game Design, Art, Animation, Production and others as needed
• Participate in all recruiting events including but not limited to job fairs, virtual-recruiting job fair, open houses, and public speaking events
• Proactively research and be aware of current industry events, trends, and how to use that intel to our advantage
• Candidate sourcing, and aggressively looking for creative ways to find the talent we need
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry colleagues, agencies, and other sources of high-quality candidates

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years’ experience as an in-house recruiter in video game development/or creative studio environment ( games, animation, VFX)
