Summary
Join Spring Fertility as their Open Fertility General Manager and lead the strategic planning and operational execution of this innovative new care offering. This critical role reports to the SVP of Operations and partners with the Open Fertility Medical Director. You will launch and oversee Open Fertility sites, manage performance to meet operational, financial, and patient experience targets, and create and manage budgets. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and mentoring local leadership, partnering on new growth opportunities, supervising site leaders, and developing efficient infrastructure. You will also ensure seamless daily operations, regulatory compliance, and vendor management. Address patient escalations and experience improvements are also part of this role. This is a full-time exempt hybrid position requiring 50% travel across the US.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
- Minimum five years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably fertility
Responsibilities
- Leading the strategic planning and operational execution of the service line
- Launching and overseeing Open Fertility sites
- Managing ongoing performance to achieve operational, financial, growth, and patient experience targets in partnership with clinical leadership
- Create, set, and meet financial and volume budgets
- Hire, train, and mentor local leadership
- Partnering with senior leadership on the evaluation and execution of new growth opportunities
- Supervising site leaders to build strong, engaged, and high performing teams
- Developing effective and efficient infrastructure for scale, including leveraging and adapting core Spring tools to fit Open’s needs
- Ensuring that “lights on, doors open ” daily logistics are seamless and standard
- Ensuring Open Fertility follows all regulatory and compliance requirements
- Managing vendors and audit preparedness, where applicable
- Addressing patient escalations + experience improvements
