Join Dandy, a company transforming the dental industry, as their dynamic Country Manager in the UK. Build and lead Dandy UK from the ground up, developing a comprehensive market entry strategy and establishing a strong customer base. You will create and implement localized marketing and sales strategies, manage the UK business plan, and report on market performance. This role requires building key business relationships and ensuring compliance with UK regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive management experience, a proven track record of success, and a deep understanding of the UK business environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive management experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
• Resilient and adaptable in navigating ambiguity and change
• Results-oriented with high accountability
• Proven track record of successfully launching or scaling operations
• Ability to develop a deep understanding of Dandy’s business and operations end-to-end
• Understanding of the UK business environment, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Experience in business development, sales leadership, and P&L management

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for Dandy UK
• Develop and maintain initial customer base
• Develop and manage the UK business plan, including budget, revenue targets, and operational KPIs
• Create and implement localized marketing and sales strategies
• Report on market performance and opportunities to global leadership
• Establish key business relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders in the the UK market
• Represent the company to UK government officials, industry associations, and business networks
• Ensure compliance with all UK federal and provincial regulations - in partnership with Legal
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed to stand up Dandy UK
