Summary
Join SweetRush's Custom Learning Project team as a Generative AI Engineering Professional SME! This fully remote, freelance contract position (up to 30 hours/week) offers flexibility and the chance to contribute to a certification program focused on Microsoft Generative AI. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft AI tools to shape curriculum, create training materials, and empower learners. Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and deploying complex AI agents and multi-agent systems on Microsoft Azure
- Extensive practical experience implementing agent capabilities such as tool use, RAG, memory management, and conversational flows using tools like Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Azure AI Agent Service, and Azure OpenAI
- Demonstrated ability to integrate various Azure AI Services as functional tools for AI agents
- Experience designing and implementing agent orchestration and workflow automation using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or Azure Functions
- Practical experience deploying and managing AI agent solutions on Azure infrastructure, including Azure Machine Learning endpoints, Azure Bot Framework, or Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Superior ability to clearly articulate complex Generative AI and Machine Learning concepts (particularly those related to the Microsoft Ecosystem), model architectures, technical details, and best practices to diverse audiences (both technical and non-technical)
- Understanding and practical application of MLOps principles for AI agents, including version control (GitHub/Azure DevOps) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with vector databases for implementing RAG in agent systems
- Experience in effectively choosing appropriate models for various applications and addressing ethical considerations such as bias in training data and model outputs, adhering to Microsoftβs Responsible AI practices, bias mitigation, and security best practices in AI pipelines
- Strong problem-solving, monitoring, logging, debugging, and communication skills for AI agent performance using Azure Monitor
- 2+ years of experience in technical training, learning & development, or teaching, with a proven ability to create, review, and deliver high-quality, technically accurate training materials
- Proven ability to create and deliver effective screencasts and video tutorials
- Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner
- Understanding of responsible AI, bias mitigation, and security best practices in AI pipelines
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Direct, hands-on experience with Microsoft Generative AI engineering tools and services
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of learning experience designers to help create and validate training materials
- Review and provide feedback on skills, task/job task analyses, and detailed program outlines for accuracy, completeness, order, and complexity, providing input on essential vs. nice-to-know tasks for the intended audience
- Validate AI-generated content to ensure it conforms to learning objectives and is technically accurate
- Support the creation of content-specific graphics, demonstrations, and software recording scripts
- Create any necessary assets to produce demonstrations that showcase specific procedures and skills
- Create recordings of software demonstrations and related audio scripts
- Coordinate with learning experience designers to develop the necessary assets, steps, and technical elements for hands-on projects, including exercises, labs, and projects
- Be available during US business hours, Monday through Friday, for content reviews, questions, and occasional meetings
- Work on Sweetrush systems for all work, including email, messaging platform, and cloud-based file storage systems
- Log time weekly and invoice time monthly
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) and ideally Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
