German Customer Advisor

Summary

Join our team as a German Customer Agent and enjoy remote or on-site work in Greece with flexible hours! You will manage incoming calls, identify customer needs, build relationships, and provide accurate information. Maintain customer interaction records and follow communication procedures. This role requires native or near-native German (C2) and very good English (B2-C1), along with strong communication and MS Office skills. Requirements

• Native or near to native German language (C2)
• Very good command of English language (B2 – C1)
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Managing of incoming calls
• Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools
• Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
