Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or finance degree with accounting minor
- Highly developed analytical and technical accounting skills
- Proactive self-starter who is disciplined, organized, thorough and has the ability to work with autonomy, attention to detail and proactivity in a team environment
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, to perform under pressure and meet non-negotiable deadlines
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day general ledger operations, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities in accordance with US GAAP / IFRS
- Maintain accurate records of prepaid expenses, accruals, and fixed assets
- Participate in the preparation of internal and external financial reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as FP&A, Legal, HR, and Procurement
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ERP system enhancements
- Support the implementation and documentation of accounting policies and internal controls
