You will own Mantle's global brand perception, crafting a compelling narrative and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Success in this role requires extensive experience in brand management within leading companies, a proven track record of building and evolving brands, and exceptional skills in strategic vision, creative leadership, stakeholder management, and execution excellence. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align brand initiatives with company goals and deliver impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of global cultural nuances and familiarity with Web3 and blockchain.
Requirements
- 8+ years in brand management roles within leading FinTech, tech, or consumer-facing companies, preferably with experience at public (IPO) companies or global premium brands
- Proven track record of building and evolving a brand across multiple business units or geographies
- Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns that deliver measurable impact
- Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and craft strategies that align branding with business goals
- Creative Leadership: Strong ability to generate unique, high-impact ideas and translate them into compelling narratives and campaigns
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with C-level executives
- Execution Excellence: Attention to detail with an ability to enforce brand consistency across touchpoints
Responsibilities
- Create and refine Mantleโs global brand strategy, ensuring it reflects a premium, innovative, and cohesive identity
- Develop brand guidelines that are comprehensive yet adaptable across different geographies, cultures, and business units
- Own the brand narrative by crafting a compelling story that resonates across internal and external stakeholders
- Propose and lead thematic brand campaigns that align with business objectives, product launches, and marketing needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life through campaigns that inspire and engage global audiences
- Evaluate campaign performance and brand sentiment to optimize future strategies
- Ensure all business units and external agencies adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across touchpoints including marketing, product, customer experience, and internal communications
- Act as the brand steward by auditing outputs across channels and providing actionable feedback
- Partner with creative teams to deliver visually stunning and narratively impactful assets
- Advocate for bold, out-of-the-box ideas while maintaining alignment with Mantleโs strategic goals
- Work closely with executive leadership to align brand initiatives with company vision and long-term goals
- Partner with marketing, PR, and product teams to drive cohesive brand integration
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with emerging trends in Web3, blockchain, and technology branding would be a plus
- Strong understanding of global cultural nuances and how they impact branding strategies
