As a Global Compensation Analyst, you will support our international total rewards strategy by analyzing, designing, and implementing compensation structures across multiple geographies. You will collaborate with HR business partners, recruiters, and business leaders to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices aligned with local laws and market trends. This role involves conducting compensation analysis, designing salary structures, and supporting annual compensation planning cycles. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent practical experience
- Proven self-starter with 4β5 years of progressive, global experience in compensation analysis and planning
- Demonstrated knowledge of international pay compliance and local legal requirements, with specific focus on frameworks across the US, Mexico, Canada, UK, Germany, India, and Australia
- Proficiency with job evaluation methodologies, creation and maintenance of job hierarchies and job bands
- Experience in managing and interpreting market survey data (e.g., Radford, CompAnalyst, IPAS, Mercer, WTW, or similar)
- Strong Excel, problem-solving, project management and data analytics skills; familiarity with HRIS tools and compensation planning systems
- Ability to influence; strong presentation skills in delivering complex data across non-technical audiences
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment
- High attention to detail and ability to balance multiple competing priorities
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar certification
Responsibilities
- Conduct compensation analysis across international markets (US, Mexico, Canada, UK, Germany, India, Australia), applying relevant local laws and cultural expectations
- Analyze internal and external market data to benchmark roles and recommend competitive pay ranges
- Support the design, maintenance, and refinement of salary structures, job families, and job bands aligned to global and local strategies
- Provide data-driven recommendations for pay adjustments, merit increases, and promotional increases
- Partner with HR and business leaders to maintain job hierarchies and job architecture frameworks, ensuring consistent leveling across the global workforce
- Evaluate and update job descriptions to reflect evolving business needs and market practices
- Participate in salary surveys and manage the analysis of compensation survey data to inform salary ranges and pay practices
- Support annual compensation planning cycles, including merit, incentive, and bonus programs
- Contribute to compensation modeling, scenario analyses, and reporting to guide business decisions
- Partner with HRIS teams to ensure compensation data integrity in HR systems
- Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure global compliance and alignment with corporate policies
- Provide clear, data-driven guidance to HR partners and managers on pay practices and compensation philosophy
- Educate stakeholders on market competitiveness, pay equity, and total rewards principles
- Support compensation-related projects as needed, including M&A activity, audits, or policy updates
Preferred Qualifications
- Broad experience supporting compensation practices across Executive, Non-Sales, Sales, R&D and Support/Services functions
- Experience supporting compensation in a technology or high-growth industry
- Exposure to ADP, Paylocity, Workday or other leading HR systems
