Summary
Join BambooHR's new Employer of Record sales team as a Global Employment Specialist! Drive the entire sales cycle, from discovery to closing, ensuring compliance with international labor laws and building strong client partnerships. This role blends product expertise, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales goals and expand our global reach. You will engage with pre-launch customers, qualify prospects, and work with Account Executives to provide excellent employment solutions. You'll need 1-2 years of experience in international HR, global mobility, or sales, plus a strong understanding of international labor laws. Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in roles such as International HR Consultant, Global Mobility Specialist, International Account Manager, or Global Sales Executive, preferably in a global or international context
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong understanding of international labor laws and compliance requirements
Responsibilities
- Discovery & Qualification: Establish trust and use advanced questioning techniques to accurately identify client needs and qualify opportunities. Disqualify poor prospects early to focus on high-potential clients
- Pitching - Selling the Vision/Value: Effectively communicate the company's value proposition, aligning it with the client's strategic priorities and overcoming objections with tailored solutions
- Negotiating & Closing: Navigate complex negotiations to reach mutually satisfactory agreements, managing price expectations and ensuring clear next steps
- Trusted Partner: Develop strategic partnerships by understanding and supporting clients' key priorities, positioning the company as a long-term partner
- Build Value & ROI : Establish value-based partnerships by identifying metrics that align with clients' strategic goals and demonstrating measurable ROI
- Customer Obsessed: Prioritize customer satisfaction by taking ownership of the buying experience and anticipating potential challenges
- Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: Work effectively across departments, including with Account Executives, to achieve common goals and ensure seamless deal support
- Proactive & Resilient Mindset: Embrace challenges as opportunities, maintain a positive outlook, and take ownership of success and failure
- Managing the Customer Lifecycle: Manage the customer relationship across defined stages of solution engagement, from onboarding to business reviews and upsell/cross-sell cycles
