Summary
Join Peerspace as their experienced Global Marketing Manager to spearhead traffic growth in international markets. Based in London or its surrounding areas, this pivotal role blends global marketing strategy with local execution, shaping Peerspace's international presence. You will collaborate closely with Marketing and local Operations teams, possessing autonomy over local initiatives while aligning with the global brand strategy. This role demands a hands-on and strategic approach, driving traffic growth outside the US, focusing on SEO, content marketing, partnerships, digital PR, and campaign management. The position offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact Peerspace's international expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, with focus on content marketing, SEO, and partnerships
- Proven track record in supporting market expansion for US companies
- Fluent in English, working knowledge of French
- Understanding of both paid and unpaid marketing channels
- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent analytical and budgeting skills
Responsibilities
- Identify, secure, and manage relationships with local affiliate marketing partners—such as brands, influencers, media outlets, industry blogs, and others—to launch new affiliate marketing campaign in support of traffic and brand building efforts
- Manage content creation for local markets, including maintaining a content calendar, and support our global SEO strategy as needed
- Recruit and oversee freelance writers for country-specific content optimized for SEO and building website domain authority
- Plan and execute field marketing initiatives to build greater presence with key customer segments
- Establish and manage local affiliate and ambassador programs
- Oversee all relevant performance metrics for local marketing campaigns and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization
- Partner with US-based marketing teams (e.g. SEM, Lifecycle, Brand) and in-country Ops teams on various marketing campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all local marketing initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in events, hospitality, tourism or similar industry
- Experience working remotely, and managing freelancers and agencies
- Fluency in French is preferred but not required
