Summary

Join our team as a B2B Project/Global Campaign Manager and lead a significant leadership adaptability research study. This remote, part-time (20 hours/week) role, based in the US East Coast or UK timezone, offers a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. You will manage a global, multi-faceted campaign, coordinating a diverse team and multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in managing large-scale research projects and global teams. This is a high-profile project requiring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (8+ years) as a Campaign, Project Manager, preferably in leading complex, global research studies or projects with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders
  • Strong business development and sponsorship/partnership sales experience, building fast relationships and credibility super fast
  • A strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a track record of managing timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Experience in global or multi-region project management with an understanding of different cultural and business dynamics
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results in complex and changing environments
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a global research study, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish
  • In partnership with the founders, establish multiple sponsorships and collaborations for both funding, and promoting both the research study, and the business brand
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships and maintain effective communication with senior leadership, project teams, and research partners worldwide
  • Help manage and secure the academic partners and volunteers to analysis and publish the final reports and papers
  • Develop and implement a detailed project plan, set clear objectives, and define the scope of work. Identify key milestones and timelines, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy
  • Oversee a diverse team across different regions and departments. Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to team members, ensuring high levels of collaboration and performance
  • Anticipate, identify, and resolve any issues or risks that could impact the success of the project. Take proactive steps to address challenges and maintain momentum
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilized effectively and efficiently
  • Regularly update stakeholders on the project’s progress, providing clear and concise reports on milestones, risks, and deliverables. Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained
  • Ensure that all research methodologies and deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally, background or knowledge in research methodology, data analysis, or market research is preferred
