Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 3+ years of experience in partner marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, telecommunications, or voice technology
  • Ability to adapt to new roles, processes, and tools, contributing effectively from day one
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft suite, Team, Salesforce, and content management systems

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage ongoing marketing campaigns with strategic partners to ensure mutual success and alignment with goals
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that leverage partners' value propositions to drive growth across Sinch products
  • Collaborate with regional teams to drive growth through strategic marketing initiatives
  • Develop relationships with partners who refer customers to Sinch or resell Sinch products
  • Leverage strategic partners' value propositions to drive growth across Sinch products and contribute to overall company growth
  • Develop and implement global and regional joint marketing plans to maximize partnership potential and drive sustainable growth
  • Work with regional leadership and teams to set priorities and execution plans for marketing initiatives
  • Ensure regional efforts align with the global strategy and framework while focusing on scalable and efficient execution
  • Enhance go-to-market (GTM) strategies, accountability, and business acumen within the partnership and supporting teams
  • Ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with partner programs or partner marketing
  • Previous experience with Ecomm, martech and ERPs
