Global Product Director, Product-Led Growth

Summary

Join Docplanner, a leading healthcare technology company, as a Product Director, PLG, and lead efforts to maximize the reach of our offerings. You will build strategies for doctors and clinics, manage product teams, and drive growth through product excellence. This remote-friendly role, based in Spain or Poland, reports to the CTPO. You will inspire and shape a strong PLG product vision, navigate a complex ecosystem, define team strategies, and establish collaboration with stakeholders. Your expertise in data-driven product culture, agile development, and business acumen will be key. You will champion innovation, build a decision-making culture, and work with other Global Product Directors to drive transparency and impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Director
• Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong exposure to change management and business scaling
• A proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling, and developing high-performing digital products that impact business and delight customers, especially in packaging, monetization, product marketing, and PLG at large scale
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle with experience in agile and lean software development practices
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong business acumen beyond core product management with the ability to assess product–market fit and contribute to broader company strategy
• Sharp analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Inspire, lead, and shape a strong PLG product vision across all relevant product teams
• Navigate a complex ecosystem where acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell strategies vary widely across customer segments (individuals, SMBs, enterprise)
• Define with PMs the strategy of each team, ensuring alignment with the overall Docplanner Tech and Product strategy
• Establish a shared vision and strong collaboration with key business stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing
• Ensure that upcoming product needs and opportunities are aligned with your Engineering Director to develop a coherent Product and Tech strategy and roadmap
• Champion a hands-on, insight-driven approach to innovation by combining data, market listening, and direct user research
• Build a decision-making culture grounded in analysis, insight, and measurable outcomes
• Work closely with other Global Product Directors to turn objectives into clear indicators and actions, driving transparency and impact across the company

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideally, experience in SaaS, e-commerce, marketplace, and pricing or packaging environments
• Experience in healthcare is a plus, not a must
