Join G-P as Director of Product to lead the go-to-market success of Gia, an AI-powered global HR agent. You will own the product strategy, encompassing AI innovation, commercialization, and customer growth. Responsibilities include defining monetization models, acting as product lead for growth, launching new features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and defining product-led growth metrics. This strategic and hands-on role requires 7–10 years of product management experience, including 2–4 years in AI-native or SaaS GTM product leadership, a proven track record in pricing and packaging strategies, strong AI technology fluency, and experience with B2B or HR tech products. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, commercially-minded, and possesses excellent communication skills. The annual gross base salary range is $180,000- $225,000 plus variable compensation.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience, including 2–4 years in AI-native or SaaS GTM product leadership
• Proven track record of owning pricing, packaging, or product-led monetization strategies
• Strong fluency in AI technologies—especially LLMs, RAG, multi-lingual models, and agentic systems
• Experience shipping B2B or HR tech products in fast-paced, startup or scale-up environments
• Customer-obsessed, commercially-minded, and able to drive alignment across product, legal, marketing, and field teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication—you can brief execs, demo to customers, or write a crisp one-pager

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM strategy and execution for Gia—including positioning, pricing, packaging, and customer lifecycle strategy
• Define and validate monetization models across segments (SMB to enterprise), with clear input into forecasting, pricing ops, and contract design
• Act as product lead for growth—partnering with sales, marketing, and CS to define product adoption loops and expansion triggers
• Launch new Gia features across compliance, document generation, knowledge delivery, and multi-lingual LLM capabilities
• Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, and AI teams to prioritize trustworthy, compliant, and scalable AI capabilities
• Define and track product-led growth metrics and usage-based success indicators
• Lead customer-facing research and feedback loops to align Gia’s roadmap with high-impact pain points
