You will own the product strategy, encompassing AI innovation, commercialization, and customer growth. This strategic and hands-on role requires 7–10 years of product management experience, including 2–4 years in AI-native or SaaS GTM product leadership, a proven track record in pricing and packaging strategies, strong AI technology fluency, and experience with B2B or HR tech products. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, commercially-minded, and possesses excellent communication skills. The annual gross base salary range is $180,000- $225,000 plus variable compensation.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of product management experience, including 2–4 years in AI-native or SaaS GTM product leadership
- Proven track record of owning pricing, packaging, or product-led monetization strategies
- Strong fluency in AI technologies—especially LLMs, RAG, multi-lingual models, and agentic systems
- Experience shipping B2B or HR tech products in fast-paced, startup or scale-up environments
- Customer-obsessed, commercially-minded, and able to drive alignment across product, legal, marketing, and field teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication—you can brief execs, demo to customers, or write a crisp one-pager
Responsibilities
- Lead GTM strategy and execution for Gia—including positioning, pricing, packaging, and customer lifecycle strategy
- Define and validate monetization models across segments (SMB to enterprise), with clear input into forecasting, pricing ops, and contract design
- Act as product lead for growth—partnering with sales, marketing, and CS to define product adoption loops and expansion triggers
- Launch new Gia features across compliance, document generation, knowledge delivery, and multi-lingual LLM capabilities
- Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, and AI teams to prioritize trustworthy, compliant, and scalable AI capabilities
- Define and track product-led growth metrics and usage-based success indicators
- Lead customer-facing research and feedback loops to align Gia’s roadmap with high-impact pain points
