Summary

Join Emerging Travel Group as a Recruiter to manage candidate applications, search for candidates, and assist in recruitment-related reports. This is a remote vacancy open to candidates residing in Europe and Russia.

Requirements

• Relevant Experience
• Bachelor or master's degree / university student ready to work full-time
• Technical Knowledge. Working proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Language knowledge. Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Personal skills. A pro-active and driven approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• People-oriented and energetic

Responsibilities

• Candidate management: screen candidate applications, give feedback to candidates and handle general candidate communication with a focus on top-tier candidate experience
• Candidate search: use a variety of direct sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals
• Database management: keep internal recruitment systems up to date
• Analysis and reporting: assist in preparing recruitment-related reports and analysis
• Interview and evaluate candidates for job openings to identify applicants who fully meet the position requirements (together with Global Recruiter)
• Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated (together with Global Recruiter)
• Participation in other HR-related projects
