Requirements

  • Have 3 or more years of experience in recruitment
  • Be energized by finding candidates through cold searches and thrive on the challenge of independently sourcing hidden talent
  • Be excited to dive into new processes and actively contribute to various aspects of recruitment, bringing fresh ideas to the table
  • Enjoy experimenting with new methods and strategies for talent sourcing and engagement, always looking for fresh approaches to connect with future colleagues
  • Be methodical in your approach, leveraging data and analytics to inform your recruitment strategies
  • Excel at building relationships both inside and outside the organization, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Speak English fluently
  • Have a keen eye for detail and ensure that all aspects of the recruitment process are meticulously managed
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can quickly adjust to changing priorities and business needs

Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent research of the candidate market to identify and attract the best talent globally
  • Actively engage in cold searches to identify hidden talent and use innovative approaches to connect with potential candidates
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with MGID’s strategic goals
  • Target and lead candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional employee journey from application to onboarding
  • Champion and enhance MGID’s employer brand, positioning us as an employer of choice in the global marketplace
  • Explore and experiment with new approaches to candidate sourcing and engagement, continuously improving the ways we attract future colleagues
  • Continuously seek ways to improve our recruitment processes, introducing new tools, ensuring efficiency, and effectiveness at every step
  • Proactively contribute ideas and initiatives to improve recruitment strategies, tackle challenges, and enhance team collaboration
