Summary

Join Viator, a Tripadvisor company, as a Global Sales Manager to lead supply acquisition and manage a team of sales professionals. You will develop and execute global sales strategies to expand the supply base and grow market share. This role requires navigating complex negotiations, collaborating cross-functionally, and monitoring market trends. You will also be responsible for pipeline management, talent recruitment and development, and representing Viator at industry events. Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years managing and scaling inside and field sales teams
  • Proven success driving teams to consistently exceed targets, ideally within tech, travel, or high-growth B2B environments
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience collaborating across marketing, sales operations, product, and support
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret trends and make tactical decisions quickly
  • Deep working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools; strong discipline around territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline health
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity, fast decision-making, and balancing strategy with execution

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 sales professionals to drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance
  • Own and execute the global sales strategy to expand our supply base and grow market share
  • Navigate complex negotiations and overcome obstacles to close key supplier partnerships that drive long-term, strategic growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales operations and marketing to improve lead quality, funnel efficiency, and overall customer experience
  • Monitor and interpret market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities, using data to inform sales strategy and prioritize team efforts
  • Drive pipeline management discipline using Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools to ensure accuracy, predictability, and pipeline health across the team
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent, offering continuous coaching, career development, and performance feedback
  • Foster a culture of resilience and continuous improvement, keeping the team energized and agile in a fast-moving environment
  • Represent Viator externally at industry events, regional forums, and internally across strategic meetings and cross-functional initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in travel, tours, activities, or attractions is highly desirable
