Summary
Join OKX's Growth Product Group as an SEO Growth Manager and lead the development and execution of global SEO strategies. You will drive organic traffic, user acquisition, and engagement for OKX's websites. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, conduct experiments, and measure results. Leverage data analysis and reporting tools to optimize performance. This role requires 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in competitive industries like crypto or fintech. A deep understanding of SEO best practices and proficiency in SEO tools are essential. Requirements
- 5+ years experience in SEO growth & strategy, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or highly competitive industries
- Self-motivated, proactive, persistent and able to work effectively autonomously and perform as a team
- Ability to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
- Deep knowledge and understanding of all aspects of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, link-building, structured data and content best practice
- Advanced experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with global teams
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, and able to communicate results using data
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. statistics, business, marketing)
Responsibilities
- Develop overall strategy and execution of global SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic, user acquisition and engagement for OKX's global websites
- Ensure best practice for on-page SEO optimizations for including metadata, site structure, internal linking, keyword strategy and any other on-page elements
- Work closely with product teams, content teams to develop and execute SEO friendly features to capture non-brand keyword opportunities including transactional and informational intents
- Implement SEO recommendations and conduct PRD reviews with cross-functional product teams to unlock site-wise pages and content opportunities for organic traffic
- Scale local SEO growth by leading and collaborating with our local SEO/content teams to implement best practices for multi-regional and multi-language SEO, including hreflang, localization and geo-targeting
- Conduct research and leverage analytics, A/B testing, and reporting tools to measure performance and identify growth opportunitiesใ
- Audit and analyse SEO performance, identify issues & root-causes, and experiment with rigorous approaches and measurement methods (A/B tests, data analytics) to improve performance at scale
- Create data dashboards for weekly & monthly reports on rankings across top keywords, reviews, and sentiments across search engines (Google, Naver, Yandex), app stores (App Store, Google Play)
- Manage all conversion funnels and optimize conversion rates for clicks, downloads and signups
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SEO channel attribution and driving SEO ROI model
- Experience in technical SEO, off-page SEO, and media platform and ranking sites relationships management
- Passion for crypto, blockchain, and web3 is a plus
