Global Shared Services Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence, with proven leadership in a client-facing role
• Strong technical skills in database management, ETL processes, data modeling, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of law firm operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments
• Proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within scope, using Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Problem-solving mindset, able to think strategically and act tactically

Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor a team of data analysts, reporting specialists, and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
• Partner with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized reporting solutions
• Oversee end-to-end reporting processes, from backend data setup (ETL, data modeling) to front-end visualizations (Power BI, Tableau)
• Implement robust data frameworks that support advanced analytics, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
• Deliver high-quality visualizations and dashboards, translating complex data into actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Operations) to deliver timely, high-quality software solutions
• Drive continuous improvement, adopting new tools and methodologies to enhance reporting capabilities
• Monitor team performance, implementing metrics for efficiency and quality
• Present client insights and reporting outcomes, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction
• Support departmental goals by participating in client-facing and internal projects

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Elite products and strong expertise in SQL, data warehousing, and backend data tools
