You will leverage data insights, segmentation, and behavioral modeling to enhance repayment strategies, analyze and test recovery strategies, and track initiative success through performance monitoring and A/B testing. The ideal candidate possesses extensive collections knowledge, strong analytical skills, and experience with A/B testing and data tools. Requirements
- Extensive collections knowledge with a deep understanding of best practices in consumer lending, debt recovery, and regulatory considerations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and strategy development to drive business outcomes
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to refine collections outreach, optimize repayment plans, and improve borrower engagement
- Proficiency in data tools and technology such as SQL, Python, Looker, or other analytics platforms to track performance and develop insights
- Innovative mindset with the ability to rethink traditional servicing approaches and implement targeted, scalable solutions to improve repayment
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and track collections initiatives by leveraging data insights, segmentation, and behavioral modeling to enhance repayment strategies
- Analyze and test recovery strategies to optimize outreach methods, timing, and engagement channels for improved borrower repayment rates
- Track and report on initiative success through robust performance monitoring, A/B testing, and KPI analysis, ensuring data-driven decision-making
- Identify and report on collections metrics and trends to proactively improve servicing performance and identify areas for intervention
- Collaborate across teams including Product, Credit, Compliance, and Servicing Operations to enhance repayment strategies, integrate automation, and explore digital-first solutions
