Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on integrated campaigns
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful global marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and leading through influence
  • Strong understanding of self-service and sales-led funnel dynamics
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, ABM, content marketing, and lifecycle marketing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing C-level stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the global integrated campaign strategy to support Dockerโ€™s growth objectives, balancing short-term results with long-term brand building
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated campaigns spanning multiple channels, including digital advertising, email, events, content marketing, social media, and ABM
  • Align campaign goals with key business objectives, including driving self-service acquisition, sales pipeline generation, and customer expansion
  • Lead by example by rolling up your sleeves to directly engage in campaign optimization while coaching your team toward excellence
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of campaign managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Align closely with Revenue and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies across customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Data Analytics teams to align on messaging, targeting, and measurement
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuously iterating campaigns based on data insights to maximize ROI
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance to achieve or exceed KPIs, including ROI, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and customer lifetime value
  • Utilize customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to refine targeting and messaging strategies
  • Oversee the creation of campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are executed on time and within scope
  • Define and track campaign success metrics, producing regular performance reports for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Maintain a structured approach to prioritizing resources and managing competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, developer tools, or technology industries
  • Familiarity with Dockerโ€™s ecosystem and developer audience
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-stage company
