Summary

Join WebFX, a rapidly growing full-funnel revenue marketing agency, as a Marketing Technology Operations Specialist. This role combines technical skills with digital marketing knowledge to optimize data pipelines, lead flow, and technology infrastructure. You will manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, maintain WordPress properties, fine-tune data pipelines, implement analytics, perform web administration, and act as a technical problem-solver for the marketing team. Requirements

  • 2.5+ years of experience working with similar marketing technology stacks
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations and data management
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and Google's product suite (GSC, GA4, BigQuery)
  • Ability to perform basic JavaScript edits and script implementation on various web properties
  • Experience with automation tools such as Make.com
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
  • Basic understanding of Git/GitHub and understanding of web hosting environments
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including Segment CDP, MixPanel, Salesforce, and lead scoring tools
  • Maintain and enhance high-traffic WordPress properties and hosting environments
  • Fine-tune data pipelines and lead flows to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Implement and troubleshoot analytics tracking and reporting systems
  • Perform web administration and system maintenance tasks
  • Act as a technical "fixer" for the marketing team's technology needs
  • Occasionally work in a PM capacity with our internal developers as needed for larger, more complex projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRO tools like Mutiny
  • Data enrichment knowledge (Clearbit or similar)
  • Interest in AI pair programming using tools like Cursor
