The role involves helping clients get the best out of their engagement platform, building client relationships, and ensuring retention and satisfaction. Requirements

• Thrive in a small, agile team with a strong bias for action
• Demonstrate a strong interest in the topics of public governance & community engagement
• Be empathetic and show a positive attitude with a desire to help our clients reach their goals
• Be tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
• Have some experience with giving trainings & workshops
• Have a results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
• Be a proactive team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Be fluent in English and Dutch
• Be willing to travel to the Netherlands at least four times a year

• Help our clients get the best out of their engagement platform
• Build client relationships through onboarding, increasing adoption, ensuring retention and satisfaction, and managing risk
