Requirements

• Proven experience in building and managing custom GPTs within ChatGPT Enterprise or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflow optimization
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with a creative problem-solving approach
• Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs)

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and fine-tune GPTs within the ChatGPT Enterprise platform to meet business-specific requirements
• Work directly with various business units (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Support) to gather requirements, identify pain points, and design GPT solutions
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas where GPT solutions can drive efficiency and innovation
• Design prototypes, run user testing, and refine GPTs based on feedback to ensure usability and effectiveness
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on how to leverage GPTs in their daily work
• Develop and maintain documentation for GPT solutions, including use cases, best practices, and user guides
• Stay up to date with advancements in GPT technology and identify opportunities to improve existing solutions

Preferred Qualifications
