The ideal candidate has a strong background in grant writing, project management, and clinical research practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, public health, healthcare administration) required. Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in grant management and project management within a clinical research environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the full development grant cycle from pre-award to post award
• Oversee the research, proposal drafting, and application submission for funding opportunities
• Manage grant budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements
• Collaborate with researchers to align grant proposals with project objectives and institutional priorities
• Monitor grant timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance and successful grant outcomes
• Establish and maintain relationships with funding agencies, partners, and stakeholders to support grant activities
• Lead development of reporting packages which are internal and external facing
