Graphic Designer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, including web, print, and video
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and other relevant software
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory
• Experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with the ability to switch between strategic and tactical tasks
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts

Responsibilities

• Develop designs for marketing campaigns, product branding, social media, and presentations that align with the brand's identity and objectives
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for consistency across all platforms, contributing to the visual identity
• Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Mentor junior designers and foster a creative, collaborative culture
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with external agencies or other team members when necessary
• Support other marketing initiatives as needed, including events, social media, website, and demand generation efforts and campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and video design with basic video editing
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and tools (Figma, Sketch) and basic HTML/CSS for design implementation
