Graphic Designer

Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a part-time, remote Graphic Designer based in Latin America. You will design static creative assets for on-premise and off-premise activations, develop POP and sales materials, and create marketing deliverables. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, cultural understanding, and experience designing for multicultural audiences, particularly the Chinese-American market. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential. The salary range is $1,800-$2,000 per month, and the position is for an independent contractor.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken); deep understanding of Chinese cultural nuances
• Strong cultural knowledge is required
• POP design experience is required
• Experience developing creative for multicultural audiences, particularly the Chinese- American market
• Ability to work independently and deliver on fast timelines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to align creative with brand objectives and cultural sensitivities

Responsibilities

• Design static creative assets for both on-premise and off-premise activations
• Develop POP (Point-of-Purchase) and sales materials
• Create ad-hoc marketing deliverables, including sales sheets, email campaigns, and promotional materials
• Build authentic, culturally relevant campaigns for Chinese-American audiences in the U.S
• Contribute to the development of seasonal campaign strategies (e.g., Summer, Moon Festival, etc.)
• Work closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure the creative aligns with brand objectives and cultural tone

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design for CPG, food & beverage is a Plus
• Marketing background or strong marketing intuition—especially within the spirits or alcohol space is a Plus
• Familiarity with both on-premise and off-premise marketing strategies is a plus

• The Salary range offered for this part time position varies from (USD) $1,800 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
