Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, in-house or agency environment
• Documented track record in preparing graphic design for website banners, printed items and social media designs (posts, stories)
• Very good practical skills in Photoshop
• Good understanding of the e-Commerce industry, including how conversion drivers can be applied to the designs
• High sense of ownership, ability to work independently under a pressure of time
• Very good English skills (both written and verbal)
• Portfolio of latest designs that showcase your skills
• Interest in marketing and social media, with a desirable knack for online advertising
• Passion for self-growth, achieving goals, and constant improvement

Responsibilities

• Work on creative concepts and implement them as a visual pillar of the company's marketing strategy
• Prepare design assets for email campaigns, flow emails, gifs and pop-ups
• Follow and develop the company's guidelines to provide high-quality deliverables
• Cooperate with our design, growth and ads colleagues to brainstorm new angles for campaigns
• Monitor market trends and seamlessly integrate them into the creating visuals
• Help in internal workflows optimisation, allowing the team to handle more tasks from different departments
• Work with modern tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Klaviyo, Asana and Slack

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to help with preparing short videos (reels)
• Familiarity with mindfulness and spirituality topics
