Graphic Designer

Summary

Join our team as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor specializing in adult ad content. You will design and edit high-performing visual assets for adult industry digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include creating engaging ad creatives, supporting various design projects (landing pages, promotional materials, website visuals), quickly implementing feedback, managing multiple projects efficiently, and maintaining brand consistency. The role requires proven experience in performance marketing design within the adult industry, a strong portfolio, proficiency in design tools, understanding of digital marketing principles, and strong communication skills. All remote employees must be available during specified business hours. Candidates must be over 18 and comfortable working with explicit sexual content. Requirements

• Be over the age of 18
• Be comfortable working with pornographic and explicit sexual content in a professional and objective manner
• Have proven experience in performance marketing design, especially in creating ads for the adult industry
• Have a strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven ad designs and other relevant projects
• Have proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Have an understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience segmentation and A/B testing
• Have strong organizational and communication skills
• Have creativity and a keen eye for detail
• Have the ability to work under tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Be available to work during the following business hours: Monday: 9am – 5:30pm EST, Tuesday: 9am – 5:30pm EST, Wednesday: 9am – 5:30pm EST, Thursday: 9am – 5:30pm EST, Friday: 9am – 5:30pm EST

Responsibilities

• Design High-Performing Adult Ad Creative
• Create visually compelling ad creatives that engage the audience and meet performance goals
• Leverage best practices for adult advertising to design attention-grabbing visuals, often with limited assets
• Support Across Design Needs
• Contribute to diverse design projects, including landing pages, promotional graphics, website visuals, and other marketing materials for the adult industry
• Quickly Implement Feedback
• Refine designs promptly in response to team or client input while maintaining high-quality output
• Manage Multiple Projects
• Efficiently handle competing priorities across multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Maintain Brand Consistency
• Ensure cohesive branding across all visuals, aligning with audience expectations and industry trends
