Summary

Join a data-driven digital advertising and retention marketing firm as a Graphic Designer (Performance Ads). You will design high-performing creative assets for various paid media platforms, collaborating with other teams to bring campaigns to life. Leveraging data and performance insights, you will create static, animated, and video assets optimized for engagement. Responsibilities include building visual narratives, researching trends, ensuring design consistency, and participating in A/B testing. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years focused on paid media and digital advertising, and a strong portfolio showcasing DTC or eCommerce ad creatives. Agency experience is required. This is a full-time, long-term, work-from-home position.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years focused on paid media and digital advertising
  • Strong portfolio with DTC or eCommerce ad creatives, especially Meta & TikTok
  • Agency experience is a must β€” comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of what makes a creative convert: hooks, CTA hierarchy, ad formats
  • Excellent attention to detail and high creative standards
  • Proactive, organized, and highly collaborative
  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Design high-performing creative assets for Meta, TikTok, Google, and other paid media platforms
  • Collaborate with creative strategists, media buyers, and copywriters to bring campaigns to life
  • Translate data and performance insights into creative iterations and new concepts
  • Develop static, animated, and short-form video assets optimized for scroll-stopping performance
  • Build visual narratives around multiple angles, hooks, and formats per campaign
  • Research trends in paid social creative, competitive ads, and audience behavior
  • Ensure design consistency across ad variations while adapting to different brand guidelines
  • Participate in ideation and concept development for A/B tests and creative sprints
  • Communicate updates, progress, and challenges with clients and internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), and After Effects is a plus
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and creative testing (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS)
