Summary

Join We Are Rosie as a Graphic Designer for a fully remote, W2 position lasting until the end of July! This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $90 and benefits. You will design assets showcasing customer journeys, creating various materials like storyboards, presentations, and digital assets. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, thrives in fast-paced environments, and excels at multitasking. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and a minimum of 5 years in graphic design are required. This is a high-visibility role with a lot of variety, but requires flexibility and the ability to work quickly.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of graphic design & production experience
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, AfferEffects
  • Solid understanding of web/mobile standards, responsive design, UX, email, digital ad campaigns & social networks
  • Deep understanding of brand narrative and storytelling
  • Writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across different projects
  • Strong project management, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as be part of a team
  • Team player who is good at juggling priorities and managing time to achieve a balance of creativity and quality, while respecting timing and budgets
  • Excellent eye for typography, layout, color, editorial sensibility, innovative design and the latest trends

Responsibilities

  • Design assets showing the visual experience of different customer journeys and tell their stories
  • Produce assets in the form of communication to employees, storyboards, written notifications, memos, PowerPoint decks, logos and a variety of work
  • Use photos to help bring a story to life
  • Design/produce/illustrate/animate assets for internal and external use
  • Always aspire to creative excellence
  • Maintain composure, quality, and productivity under pressure, adapting to fast-paced and dynamic work environments
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly adjust to new priorities and changes in project scope, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work
  • Provide clear and open communication with team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals and timelines
  • Work effectively within a team, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues to achieve common objectives
  • Excel in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality
  • Exhibit a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy
  • Coordinate with print vendors on design or printing-specific questions as the subject matter expert, ensuring all external collaborations meet project specifications and quality standards
  • Work with previous designerโ€™s templates to ensure consistency in branding
  • Marry the written word with visual design to create powerful compelling messages for Delta
  • Develop concepts and designs as directed in the creative brief, including: Digital assets: email newsletters, website updates, banner ads, social media marketing deliverables, etc
  • Develop concepts and designs as directed in the creative brief, including: Brand collateral design and print production
  • Develop concepts and designs as directed in the creative brief, including: Asset retouching, re-sizing, and manipulation
  • Develop concepts and designs as directed in the creative brief, including: Presentation Templates
  • Develop concepts and designs as directed in the creative brief, including: Moderate motion design
  • Develop concepts and designs as directed in the creative brief, including: Moodboard / Swipe Research for Design & Campaign concepts
  • Deliver scalable creative solutions that drive results
  • Help art director/ACD provide art direction to photographers, videographers, print vendors, and other partners ensuring all content meets Deltaโ€™s brand guidelines
  • Follow processes for proofing, template consistency, and Delta brand compliance
  • Enforce brand standards
