Group Practice Partnership

Summary

Join Octave, a modern behavioral health practice, as a group of clinicians providing high-quality in-person and remote behavioral health care. Collaborate with us in building a diverse clinical team committed to client-centered therapy. You'll provide therapy via video sessions and in-person sessions from your own office space, focusing on adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Providers in your group must hold a master's or doctoral level license in New York and possess expertise in evidence-based therapies. Octave offers competitive hourly rates based on licensure and experience. We value a supportive team environment, strong clinical thinking, and culturally responsive care.

Requirements

• Hold a master’s or doctoral level license in New York
• Possess expertise in evidence-based therapies, such as CBT or DBT
• Demonstrate a commitment to culturally responsive care
• Have a commercial clinical space from which to see clients in person
• Be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
• Have at least 1 year of related post-license clinical experience
• Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Have a Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy via video sessions, focusing on adult clients dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns, using short-term, evidence-based therapies
• Provide in-person therapy sessions from your own commercial clinical space

Preferred Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of experience in CBT for depression or anxiety, DBT for emotion dysregulation, Unified Protocol for emotional distress, CPT or PE for trauma
• Currently work with Cigna & Aetna clients

Benefits

• $119-135/hour for master's level license (in-person)
• $119-145/hour for doctoral level license (in-person)
• $116-$130/hour for master's level license (virtual)
• $116-$140/hour for doctoral level license (virtual)
