Requirements
- Hold a masterβs or doctoral level license in Washington
- Possess expertise in evidence-based therapies, such as CBT or DBT
- Commitment to culturally responsive care
- Have a commercial clinical space from which to see clients in person
- Masterβs Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling
- Be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
- At least 1 year of related post-license clinical experience
- Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy via video sessions, focusing on adult clients dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns, using short-term, evidence-based therapies
- Provide in-person therapy sessions from your own commercial clinical space
- Build and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance
- Deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures
- Provide culturally responsive and culturally competent care
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in CBT for depression or anxiety, DBT for emotion dysregulation, Unified Protocol for emotional distress, CPT or PE for trauma
- Currently working with Cigna & Aetna clients
Benefits
- $119-$133/hour for master's level license (in-person)
- $119-$143/hour for doctoral level license (in-person)
- $116-$130/hour for master's level license (virtual)
- $116-$140/hour for doctoral level license (virtual)
