Join Octave, a modern behavioral health practice, as a group of clinicians providing high-quality mental health care in-person and remotely. Collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to client-centered therapy using evidence-based practices. Provide therapy via video sessions and in-person sessions from your own office space. You'll work with adult clients dealing with various mental health concerns, utilizing short-term, evidence-based therapies. The ideal candidate holds a master's or doctoral level license in North Carolina, possesses expertise in evidence-based therapies, and is committed to culturally responsive care. Octave offers competitive hourly rates based on licensure and experience.

Requirements

  • Hold a master’s or doctoral level license in North Carolina
  • Possess expertise in evidence-based therapies, such as CBT or DBT
  • Commitment to culturally responsive care
  • Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling
  • Licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
  • At least 1 year of related post-license clinical experience
  • Have your own office space and are willing to provide in-person services
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy via video sessions, focusing on adult clients dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns, using short-term, evidence-based therapies
  • Provide in-person therapy sessions from your own commercial clinical space
  • Build and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance
  • Deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures
  • Provide culturally responsive and culturally competent care

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in CBT for depression or anxiety
  • At least 2 years of experience in DBT for emotion dysregulation
  • At least 2 years of experience in Unified Protocol for emotional distress
  • At least 2 years of experience in CPT or PE for trauma
  • Currently working with Cigna & Aetna clients

Benefits

  • $73-$118/hour for master's level license (In-Person Rates)
  • $73-$123/hour for doctoral level license (In-Person Rates)
  • $70-$115/hour for master's level license (Virtual Rates)
  • $70-$120/hour for doctoral level license (Virtual Rates)
