Group Practice Partnership

Summary

Join Octave, a modern behavioral health practice, as a group of clinicians providing high-quality mental health care in-person and remotely. Collaborate with us in building a diverse clinical team committed to client-centered therapy. You will provide therapy via video sessions and in-person sessions from your own office space, focusing on adult clients dealing with various mental health concerns using short-term, evidence-based therapies. Providers must hold a master’s or doctoral level license in Maryland and possess expertise in evidence-based therapies. Octave offers competitive hourly rates depending on licensure and experience. Requirements

• Hold a master’s or doctoral level license in Maryland
• Possess expertise in evidence-based therapies, such as CBT or DBT
• Commitment to culturally responsive care
• Have a commercial clinical space from which to see clients in person
• Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling
• Be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
• At least 1 year of related post-license clinical experience
• Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy via video sessions, focusing on adult clients dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns, using short-term, evidence-based therapies
• Provide in-person therapy sessions from your own commercial clinical space
• Build and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance
• Deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures
• Provide culturally responsive and culturally competent care

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in CBT for depression or anxiety, DBT for emotion dysregulation, Unified Protocol for emotional distress, CPT or PE for trauma
• Currently working with Cigna & Aetna clients

Benefits

• $119-$133/hour for master's level license (in-person)
• $119-$143/hour for doctoral level license (in-person)
• $116-$130/hour for master's level license (virtual)
• $116-$140/hour for doctoral level license (virtual)
