Requirements
- Have 7-10 years of experience in product management within healthcare, insurance, education, or a similar highly regulated industry
- Have experience developing domain strategies and driving teams to achieve its goals
- Have 2+ years of people management experience, managing across junior to senior direct reports
- Possess a clear and engaging communication style with a track record of building positive relationships across a broad, diverse organization
- Epitomize an experimentation mindset, centered in hypothesis thinking and rapid experimentation
- Be adept at agile methodologies and taking an iterative approach to product lifecycle management
- Have a history of balancing qualitative and quantitative data against intuition in product decision-making and successes
- Value a culture of inclusion and empathy
- Feel a passion for Alma's mission β to improve the experience of therapy for providers and their clients and simplify access to care
Responsibilities
- Own the long-term strategy for the Care Delivery and Practice Management domains and support squads to develop short/medium term strategies that support our vision
- Get buy-in for long-term product investments, driving every stage of product delivery from ideation to enablement and adoption
- Track and analyze overall performance and financial, customer, and operational metrics for the care delivery and practice management domains
- Work closely with the product and engineering leadership to manage organizational change and adopt best practices
- Motivate, coach, and supervise a team of Product Managers to reach their goals and achieve deliverables
