Summary

Grammarly is offering a remote-first hybrid working model with in-person meetings every quarter. The company is seeking a Group Product Manager to join the Platform and Cloud Engineering team, focusing on Grammarly's AWS cloud infrastructure, language tooling platform, customer cloud-hosted Grammarly, API gateway, and ML/AI training infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Able to collaborate in person in Berlin and potentially other hubs 4 weeks per quarter. Has solid experience in product leadership roles supporting mid-size engineering teams, preferably cloud platform, SRE, or DevOps
  • Has a deep technical understanding of how client teams monitor and improve quality at scale. Has a strong quantitative and analytical mindset that allows them to collaborate deeply with data science while also driving independent analysis
  • Is able to communicate and influence product and engineering teams from a user-experience and data-driven lens. Has a strong quantitative and analytical mindset understanding to define success and move critical metrics

Responsibilities

  • Working across Grammarly to understand computing and development processing needs. Collaborating with external partners to evaluate technology solutions. Presenting to engineering, product, and leadership on quality insights and strategic initiatives
  • Using insights and data to influence roadmaps and drive improvements to cloud infrastructure. Defining and driving additional initiatives that improve Grammarly’s cloud deployment
