Requirements
- 5+ years in a clinical training role in digital dentistry providing guidance, support, and insights into scanning best practices and digital workflows
- 3+ years experience handling operational logistics and project management, particularly in a training or education environment
- Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and engaging way to diverse audiences, ranging from office managers to CEOs
- A customer-first mentality with a passion for helping others succeed, particularly in a B2B environment
- Ability to adjust to shifting customer needs, working through ambiguity and implementing solutions that drive operational efficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, to ensure alignment on customer needs and expectations
- Comfortable using various training technologies and learning management systems to deliver content and manage training schedules
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all resources, schedules, and materials are aligned for successful training sessions
- Assess and validate practice readiness by quality-checking equipment and confirming training requirements
- Work with stakeholders across different departments (Sales, Account Management, Marketing, etc.) to align training schedules, content needs, and delivery methods
- Identify and address operational bottlenecks, implementing improvements to enhance the training and onboarding process
- Facilitate and lead virtual and in-person training sessions ( may require travel ) for diverse practice teams, ensuring seamless adoption of Dandyβs solutions
- Deliver follow-up and advanced training to both new and experienced users, ensuring that practices are maximizing the capabilities of the platform
- Customize training materials and programs based on the specific needs of enterprise-level clients, ensuring that each clientβs unique structure and operational needs are met
- Manage and track the success of onboarding sessions through data-driven insights, ensuring each customer is set up for success
- Serve as a trusted clinical advisor, conducting in-depth evaluations of scan quality, case setups, and success metrics
- Provide detailed analyses and recommendations directly to doctors, executives, and internal Dandy teams
