Summary
Join UWorld as an Implementation Strategist and partner with district and campus leaders to support instructional initiatives using UWorld’s College Readiness products. As a data-driven customer success team member, you will leverage your understanding of instructional design and practices to coach teachers and interpret data. Daily responsibilities include conducting in-person and virtual events, providing implementation guidance and data-focused support, and maintaining excellent customer service. You will support the multi-year implementation of UWorld College Readiness learning tools, design resources for faculty and leaders, and provide instructional and content integration support. You will also assess implementation effectiveness, collect feedback, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Finally, you will provide pre-sales support to sales and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Education, Training and Development, Curriculum & Instruction or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience teaching AP courses
- Experience working within public or private school environments
- Knowledgeable and experienced with educational technology including program development and delivery
- Familiarity with creating and delivering teacher training and professional development through multiple training methods (face-face, virtual, e-learning, train-the-trainer, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to call, connect and interact directly with customers, including live and virtual presentations
- Ability to monitor, evaluate and report on program effectiveness and success by regularly reviewing and analyzing data related to usage, performance, and student growth
- Process oriented with experience successfully organizing, prioritizing, and managing simultaneous projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Learning Management Systems, and adaptable to evolving technology with strong problem solving skills
- Familiar with AP, SAT, ACT and College Readiness requirements and programs
Responsibilities
- Support the initial and ongoing multi-year, institution-wide implementation of UWorld College Readiness learning tools for AP, SAT and ACT
- Design in-person, remote, and online resources for faculty, instructional leaders, and institution leaders to support strong implementation of the UWorld products
- Provide instructional and content integration support to ensure successful implementation of the UWorld products. Supports may include conducting and debriefing observational walkthroughs with faculty and administrators, modeling product usage, and customizing implementation support content
- Assess impact and effectiveness of product implementations by analyzing usage and performance data and comparing to successful implementation models. Support the process for customer-focused discussions and regular meetings around data and implementation efficacy, areas of concern, and possible solutions to ensuring high fidelity usage of the UWorld products
- Collects feedback and collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand upcoming content offerings and feature releases and incorporate into implementation and training programs, assets, and online supports
- Provide pre-sales support to Sales and Marketing Teams related to training options, program-related reporting and effective implementation
- Available to travel, throughout the United States, up to 30% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters in Education or subject expertise preferred
- Taught AP Math or Science courses
- Has been or is currently an AP grader
- Served as a department head or mentor teacher or instructional coach
- Has worked on campus or district initiatives/committees
